So I confess, I have been TERRIBLE about my eating!
But, I was nursing my son until just recently, and now all of a sudden, I don't have this nice cushion of extra calories that were being burned. Adding insult to literal injury, I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis and been unable to run or do any jumping up and down, or much weight bearing on my left foot, so that has made... um.... MY ENTIRE LIFE difficult!
So.... I am thinking that I need some kind of challenge to get me going and keep me honest. What do you all think?
