Meredith is a mom of two adorable boys, Soccer Boy, age 4, and Cuddle Bug, who was born in April 2010. On her fabulously long maternity leave from being the band director for a small oceanside community in Maine, she embarked on the Couch 2 5K plan, and after completing it, has since run in two 5K races, and has fallen in love with the sport of running. She hopes in the future to have time to start a running/walking club for her fellow teachers, and to get more involved in the middle school track and cross country teams.
